• Start Christmas morning with a Full Farmhouse Breakfast.
• You'll have time to explore our beautiful grounds before lunch.
• Enjoy a glass of Prosecco before sitting down to a traditional Christmas Day Lunch.
• We'll serve an informal light Christmas Buffet in the evening to round off your perfect festive day.

• Start your Boxing Day with a hearty Full Farmhouse Breakfast.
• There's time to pack in some R&R in our hotel and grounds, or explore further afield. There will be a Festive Afternoon Tea waiting of you when you return.
• Take your seats for a superb three-course Boxing Day dinner.

• Enjoy a leisurely Full Farmhouse Breakfast.
• Fond farewells from 11:00.

For three nights, based on two sharing

• Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes a three-night B&B stay with a Full Farmhouse Breakfast each morning; on Christmas Eve, a welcome drink and three-course dinner; on Christmas Day, a glass of Prosecco, traditional Christmas Day lunch and a light Festive Evening Buffet; on Boxing Day, Afternoon Tea and a three-course dinner in our Kitchen Restaurant.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
• Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
• Price is based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
