In line with the recent government announcement, we will be open from 4th December and are currently taking new reservations for stays and dining. Please email stay@widbrookgrange.co.uk, call us on 01225 864750 or book online. Please note that we cannot currently accept any guests from 'Tier 3' areas.

We've always been good at staying 'ship-shape' and now we're adjusting to new ways of doing things so that our care is more visible than ever, while ensuring you have the time and space to be at your happiest. One important point to note is that we are not currently servicing rooms mid-stay; this helps to ensure that your space is your own - completely untouched and undisturbed - throughout your time with us. If you require any fresh towels, toiletries and condiments please let the us know at breakfast. If you would like us to, we can service your bedroom but kindly request that you remove your belongings first (for deep cleaning purposes, we use a sanitation light but this can cause damage).

We have developed a SEVEN POINT PLAN to help you understand some of the steps we have put in place.

Please note that booking is strongly recommended if you are staying and would like to dine - we will not be able to serve food or drinks after 10pm due to current guidelines. Our Kitchen restaurant is a popular dining den, and as a resident, your reservation will be prioritised. If you would like to dine in your bedroom you will be pleased to know that you can do so without any tray charge.

Our pool and fitness suite are open, but booking is required as numbers are limited. Please email stay@widbrookgrange.co.uk to book. The Gin Bar will be open from 6pm, but alcohol can only be consumed when dining with us. We are currently offering room free of charge, so you can order food and drinks to  your room without our usual tray charge.

It's fair to say: we're in unusual times. It's understandable if you are feeling concerned or anxious about making bookings in the future. We are here to take bookings and we want to reassure you that they can be made risk-free. If you feel like you need to escape for a short break to reconnect and indulge, you can make a booking and cancel if you need to; please just allow 48 hours' notice.

We genuinely appreciate your support. If you need to cancel your stay, we will also offer you the chance to reschedule. We'll be honest: the hospitality industry has been hit hard by this crisis, but with your support, we'll bounce back. Please consider rescheduling rather than cancelling.
