For the small intimate wedding with style

Relaxing, homely atmosphere

Imagine having your wedding ceremony and then your wedding feast in the relaxing and homely atmosphere of an elegant Georgian Country House set in a beautifully tended English country garden with weeping willow trees, gazebos and ponds making a perfect backdrop for those so important photographs.

Private dining room

Picture yourself in a private dining room decorated with flowers of your choice and having a special meal cooked by an AA rosette award winning chef from a menu that you have designed with him.

Four poster bed

If you choose to stay overnight what better way to end a perfect day than by sinking into a large comfortable four poster bed with cool Egyptian cotton sheets and in the morning enjoying an invigorating swim in a heated indoor pool before your scrumptious traditional English breakfast .

The pesonal touch

Your special day is planned with you and we also look after you on the day. We are able to accommodate up to 51 people at both the Wedding Ceremony and at the Wedding Feast and we can sleep up to 46 guests depending on how the bedrooms are used. It's the personal touch and experience in hosting smaller intimate weddings with style that makes Widbrook a very special venue.

There is a minimum wedding banquet charge equivalent to 30 adults if the hire is option 1 above; and 20 adults if the hire is options 2, 3, 4 or 5.

A comprehensive selection of sensibly priced wines is available including excellent Champagne or less expensive sparkling wine for the toasts and complimentary fresh flowers are displayed in the main building, hall and lounges and on each table in the restaurant.
