Price shown is based on up to two humans and one dog sharing a Classic Room, upgrades to a Suite or a Family Room are available (supplement applies).
This package is for a dog-friendly room (excludes Cosy Room and Super Deluxe bedrooms).
Multiple nights can be booked on this special offer.
A £50.00 dining credit is included for each night of your stay; this is provided as a credit on your account cannot be carried forward – unspent amounts will not be credited or refunded. A new credit is added to your bill for each night of your stay and will be deducted when you settle your bill at the end of your stay.
One dog stays free with up to two humans; an additional pup can be added to your stay (£20.00 per night).

Bookings & cancellations

Your credit or debit card information will be collected when you book, as well as a pre-payment of 25% when booking online.
Full payment will be taken on departure.
Your pre-payment is fully refundable if you need to cancel or change your booking. Please note that changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your check-in time for your deposit to be repaid. This pre-payment is only fully refundable if you decide to cancel your booking with at least 48 hours' notice.

About your doggy stay:

Your four-legged friend is welcome in all areas of the hotel, apart from The Kitchen restaurant.
If you'd like to dine with your pup, meals can be enjoyed in the dog-friendly conservatory.
All our dog-friendly bedrooms have direct access to our 11 acres of beautiful gardens.
There's a doggy wash station in the grounds, and our team are armed with doggy treats – we'll always ask before we dish these out!
All pups receive a warm sausage at breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the conservatory.
All dog-friendly stays must be pre-booked so we can make sure you have the best bedroom for your stay. Please note the Cosy Room and the Super Deluxe bedrooms cannot accommodate dogs.
Book this offer and one pup stays free (save £20.00 per night!), and an additional pup can be booked at a cost of £20.00 per night.

We ask just one thing in return: please consider the comfort of other humans, keeping your hound on a lead where necessary and being sure to calm them if they become a bit excited. We understand – we're excited too! But it's always good to be considerate.

Why not make your stay extra memorable? Doggy Afternoon Tea is served daily 12:00 – 17:00 and costs £10.50 per pup. This includes a tennis ball to take home, choice of Lily’s Kitchen wet food, organic dog biscuits and a puppichino. You can also spoil your pooch with a small bottle of Pawsecco (£5.75). Doggy Afternoon Tea must be pre-booked and can be enjoyed alongside human Afternoon Tea.
