Residential and day conferences
Widbrook Grange offers both residential and day conferences and meeting facilities and we are small enough to be able to offer a great deal of flexibility in satisfying our corporate customer needs.
The purpose built and self contained Manvers Conference Suite houses a magnificent eighteen feet long oak boardroom table and carver chairs. It is in a quiet location and suitable for meetings with up to twenty-five people. It leads into a Victorian Conservatory used for refreshments, meals and syndicate sessions. This suite is also used for private dinners.
Our Ross Room is suitable for meetings of up to twelve people in a boardroom style layout and fifty people in a theatre style layout. It has adjoining Lounges for use as a syndicate rooms or for small conferences with two to six people.
WiFi wireless broadband is available in all facilities

Manvers Conference Suite
Suitable for up to 25 people in a boardroom style layout.
Approximate available hours 8.30am to 5.30pm.
The Daily Delegate Rate;
From £20 per person for the hire of the Manvers Conference Suite consisting of a meeting room with attached conservatory for breakout sessions.
Flip charts and screen are included and also the provision of morning coffee and biscuits, afternoon tea and cakes, juices and water. Should you require lunch the options and prices are detailed below. There is a minimum charge for six people using the Manvers Suite.
The Residential Delegate Rate
The Residential Delegate Rate for the hire of the Manvers Suite is the same as the Daily Delegate rate i.e. from £20 per person and includes all the same drinks, biscuits and cakes.
Should you require lunch the options and prices are detailed below. The overnight accommodation and meals are based on our Corporate Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Tariff. For single occupancy including a three course dinner with coffee and a full English breakfast the price is £115.00 per night Sunday to Thursday and on Friday and Saturday it is £155.00.
Lounges and Bee Bowl Conservatory
Suitable for meetings of 2 to 6 people.
Approximate available hours 9.30am to 5.00pm.
The Delegate Rate includes room hire with flip chart, lectern and screen, tea/coffee and biscuits/cakes, and the minimum charge is £35.00 for two people. Additional people to be charged at £15.00 per person.
Juices and water provided in the lounges are complimentary. Lunch options and prices are detailed below.
Ross Room
Suitable for up to 12 people in a boardroom layout and 50 people in a theatre style.
Approximate available hours 10.00am to 5.00pm.
The Delegate Rate includes room hire with flip chart, screen and lectern, the provision of morning coffee and biscuits, afternoon tea and cakes, juices and water. The charge is between £10.00 and £20.00 per person dependent on the number of delegates. Lunch options and prices are detailed below. There is a minimum charge for six people using the Ross Room.
Lunch
Our Light Finger Buffet is £12.50 per person. The Cold Fork Buffet is £15.50 per person for main dishes and salads and £20.50 if desserts are included. Should a Hot Lunch be required a range of choices of dishes are available from our current Home Comforts and A La Carte Menus. The price per head for two courses is £22.00 and for three courses £28.00
Equipment
Flip Charts, Lectern and screens are provided at no charge and an LCD projector can be supplied at a charge of £100.00.
